Once your stamped set of plans is finalized, you can proceed with obtaining the building permit and placing your home order. The manufacturer will then construct your home within 6 to 8 weeks. Concurrently, your foundation and site work will be completed in preparation for the home’s arrival. Upon delivery, the home will be placed on the foundation in a single day. Following installation, LB Modular Homes will require about a month and half to two months days to complete final connections, connecting power to the grid, plumbing, interior systems, siding, and egress access points.
